Ad Vastra is an online retail store based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, specializing in medical uniforms and related apparel. We currently sell and deliver products only within India.


2. Eligibility

By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that:

·       Prices, product availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

 

4. Payments

We accept payments through:

·       Razorpay

·       UPI

·       Credit/Debit Cards

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. By completing your payment, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information.
We do not store or access your payment details; all transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping and Delivery

·       Orders are shipped across India via reputed courier partners.

·       Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

·       We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, or natural disasters).

 

6. No Return / No Exchange Policy

All sales made through Ad Vastra are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or size replacements once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

·       You receive a damaged or defective product, or

·       You receive the wrong item.

To report such issues, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

·       Your order number, and

·       Clear photos of the item showing the issue.

If your return or exchange request is approved, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service.
The warehouse address will be provided upon request.
Once the item is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process the replacement or refund (as applicable).

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
In case of accidental duplicate payment or technical errors, please contact advastra.store@gmail.com immediately.

All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Ad Vastra. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ad Vastra. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for purchases made through our website www.advastra.in.


1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or size replacements once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Please review the product details and size chart carefully before placing an order.

 

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds are only processed if:

·       You receive a damaged or defective product, or

·       You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a refund:

·       Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

·       Email advastra.store@gmail.com with:

·       Your order number,

·       Clear photos showing the issue, and

·       The original packaging (if available).

If your return request is approved, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.
The warehouse address will be shared upon request.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will either:

·       Send a replacement (if available), or

·       Process a refund to your original payment method.


3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment source (Razorpay, UPI, or Card).
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Order Cancellations & Payment Issues

·       Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.

·       In case of a duplicate transaction or payment gateway error, please contact us immediately with payment proof.

·       Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error originated from Ad Vastra (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
